No way to silence amber alerts while in sleep mode or dnd

There needs to be a way to silence amber alerts if my phone is on sleep mode. I don’t want to have to turn off all amber alerts, nor do I want to turn my phone on airplane mode every single night. I think it’s reasonable enough to want there to be a way to still have those alerts but also not be woken up in the middle of the night with a blaring alarm.

I understand the importance and urgency of these alerts, which is exactly why I don’t want to turn them off completely. But it’s silly there’s no in between, no way to make it respect your notification settings, your only options are always on or always off. I just think this should be at least an option, otherwise you’re just incentivizing people to turn off alerts completely.
