Change iCloud Calendar color labels
i have i cloud calendar i want to change labels for colors i have previously assigned how can i do that

If you mean the color assigned to an iCloud calendar, open the Calendar app, tap Calendars at the bottom, then tap the ⓘ next to that calendar. Choose a different color and tap Done.
That changes the color for all events in that calendar.
If you mean changing the actual name/label of the calendar rather than its color, you can do that from the same screen by editing the calendar name.
