My iPhone 14 Plus running iOS 26.5 just offloaded nearly ALL of my apps. It’s been offloading frequently used apps randomly lately, but today I’ve had to reinstall every app I use on a daily basis. Offloading apps is turned OFF. What is causing this?

Any apps (or Safari tabs) that are consuming lots of resources?
If this iPhone was filled to capacity or hit some bug, it’s possible the storage is corrupted.
Given the reported offload-happy behavior and the possibility of a storage corruption, I’d back up to iCloud or Mac or PC, reset iOS, and restore the backup.

What happens when you update to iOS 26.6.1?
Updated the day I posted this. Still offloading random apps, one here, one there. When I posted this it had offloaded nearly all my apps. But now it’s back to one here and there. I’m missing important notifications now too on some of them.
It’s been doing this since 26.4 something. It’s just last night it offloaded all my apps.
