Terminate Apple Music free trial early to change Apple Account country/region

Hi! I recently canceled my Apple Music free trial, but the subscription still remains active until November 30 and gives me the option to reactivate it.

I need to change the country/region of my Apple Account immediately, but I understand that having an active subscription may prevent me from doing so.

Is there any way to completely terminate the remaining free trial period now, rather than waiting until November 30, so I can change my Apple Account country/region?

Canceling the free trial stops it from renewing, but it doesn’t normally end the remaining trial period immediately.

Apple says you need to cancel subscriptions that block a country/region change and wait until the subscription period ends. So if Apple Music shows November 30 as the expiration date, you may have to wait until then before changing the country/region.
