My purchased Apple Gift Card didn't arrive in my email

If these were emailed Apple Gift Cards, I’d first check your spam/junk folder and make sure the email address entered for delivery was correct.

You can also check the order status from the Apple Store order page. If the order shows as completed but the gift card email still hasn’t arrived, contact Apple directly with the order number so they can verify or resend it.

I wouldn’t buy the cards again until Apple confirms what happened with the first order.

• Wait a little longer – delivery can occasionally be delayed.
• Contact Apple Support directly – if you still don’t see the gift card after 24 hours, reach out to Apple Support with your order number for further assistance.

This will help Apple verify your purchase and resend the gift card if needed.
