<< ... my brand does not show in the MFi list. >>
Most non-MFI Hearing aids connect as if they were a Bluetooth headset.
Make sure Bluetooth is on, and your device may offer to "pair' on the bluetooth settings screen. (Scroll down to Other devices section.)
then look at:
Settings > Accessibility > Hearing devices >
if your hearing Aid maker has supplied an APP, use that App.
If your hearing Aids refuse to 'pair'
Try turning them OFF (or remove battery or return to charging case, then remove one at a time) and they may be willing to 'pair' as they start up.
Otherwise, The advice to contact the maker is great advice.

Contact Nebroo and ask them, this is not an Apple product.
<< unable to hear anything >>
That could be an audio routing setting:
Settings > Accessibility > Hearing dDevices> scroll down to Audio Routing
make sure that
Call audio and
Media audio
are Routed to the hearing devices, rather than your iPhone speaker.
on the way back out, check the settings of:
Play Ringtones
Play system sounds
...if you want to hear them in your Hearing Aids as well.
You can also access Audio Routing directly using Control Center pane "Now Playing"
Control Center on your iPhone gives you quick access to settings you might use often. Here is how to get to it:
Access Control Center on your iPhone - Apple Support
Controlling Audio Playback using the 'Now Playing' Control in Control Center
Once your hearing aids are paired and connected, you can manage audio streaming directly through your iPhone using the 'Now Playing' control pane. This allows you to:
• Play or pause audio
• Adjust volume levels
• Select Audio Routing through:
-- iPhone speaker -OR-
-- your connected audio device, such as ordinary Hearing Aids or MFI Hearing Aids.
