Unable to open Apple Store on MacBook Pro

When I attempt to open Apple Store on my MacBook Pro running Tahoe 26.6.2 and am unable to open Apple Store . Below is what pops up every time I attempt to open Apple Store on my MacBook Pro. Any help in this matter would be greatly appreciated since I show 3 updates and am unable to do the updates.

Why can't you access it?

What happens when you click on the blue button at the bottom behind the dock. You can move the dock to the side to access the button if you need to by going to System Settings ➜ Desktop & Dock ➜ Dock Position and setting it to left or right from the drop down.

Wow what a simple fix, thanks for the suggestion, I am now able to access Apple Store!
