Earbuds go flat and when pairing another set I have no audio with Apple Music for Windows
While listening to Apple Music for Windows my earbuds go flat, when I pair a different set of earbuds i get no audio.

To fix the missing sound, manually change the specific output device for Apple Music in the Windows Volume Mixer, because the app often fails to update automatically when a Bluetooth device disconnects.
How to Fix the Audio
- Play a song: Start playing a track in Apple Music so the app actively outputs audio and appears in your sound controls.
- Open Volume Mixer: Right-click the speaker icon on your Windows taskbar and select Open Volume Mixer (or go to Settings > System > Sound > Volume Mixer).
- Change the output: Find Apple Music in the app list, look at its individual output dropdown, and manually select your newly paired earbuds instead of leaving it on "Default" or the dead device.
- Restart if needed: If the track still stays silent, close Apple Music completely, ensure your new earbuds are selected as the main system output, and reopen the app.
