Logic Pro X 12.3.1 Bugs with no fix

Hi there, so I've updated to Logic Pro 12.3.1 I'm using Tahoe 26.6.2 , so when updatated my metronome stoped working, already checked all existing foruns and fixes and nothing seens to work, I notice that when I open the "metronome settings tab" the "tone" is all the way down, and also when I pulled it up, after I close it returns to zero...can't find a fix for this, also, my instrument tracks are now loading, whitout the instrument "slot" there's the space ther, but no slot channel, there are fixes for that, like chosing an logic native instrument and then "reseting" the chanel fixes..but still weird, also I've tried to deleting logic, and reinstall, and that was my worst decision ever, because somehow the app store got stuck as if I had an instalation and only ofered me an "update" option but when I selected the update I got a "couldn't install message" so any clues about what's going on. or how to fix those things...algo is there a way to acess a manual instalation file of logic...?
