FaceTime call history shows non-FaceTime calls

For years FaceTime only showed FaceTime calls on my MacBooks and iPhone. Now it shows all calls including incoming spam calls and calls on Signal. I only use FaceTime for a small set of people so it's a useless and distracting feature. How do I make it go back to just listing FaceTime calls?
