Hi, I have received sms from apple pay where I usually receive apple pay security codes. Message was written in local language saying that I have unusual charge on my account and invitation to see it on the link. All previous messages sent from that number were written in English. Does someone has the same experience?

Hi, without knowing the exact wording of the text, it’s impossible to say it’s a scam or not. However, the likelihood is extremely high. Apple will almost never text you. Your financial institution will. The fraud team will tell you the transaction is canceled, unless you call and speak to a representative to approve the transaction. Is that the wording, or is it just the opposite?
Scammers want you to call. Banks don’t need you to call, they already declined the transaction. Do you see the difference?
“Don't answer suspicious phone calls or messages claiming to be from Apple. Instead, contact Apple directly through our official support channels.”
”To report a suspicious SMS text message that looks like it's supposed to be from Apple, take a screenshot of the message and email the screenshot to reportphishing@apple.com.”
You can report phishing at these links and most importantly your local law enforcement.
Identify legitimate emails from the App Store or iTunes Store.
