It will not have an effect on your battery health by not shutting it down as long as it is plugged in. If running on battery power, it will consume charge cycles during sleep with the normal discharge of the battery since the device is not truly off, and that will needlessly decrease your battery health over time.

Other than that it is a personal choice on whether to power off or not. Also consider a weekly power cycle can be beneficial to clear anomalies with cache or other corrupted data.

It depends on how you have apps & services (especially online components) configured as well as the third party apps installed. Even then, you may see huge variations in how much battery drain you may see each time. On some laptops I have seen 1-2% drain/day, while another laptop may have 50%+ drain over a single night (sometimes even with the same laptop).

I would highly recommend either completely powering off the laptop for those long periods, or connecting it to power (if available). Just keep in mind that connecting/disconnecting power and other external devices as well as touching any key or pressing the Trackpad can cause the laptop to wake up/power on.

Should not really drain the battery much for a few hours, but again it depends on what I mentioned above plus whether the laptop actually enters sleep mode (closing the display is more of a suggestion) or is wakened by something as I mentioned above.

Don't worry about battery health. Just use the laptop as you wish. By default macOS enables Optimized Charging to help exercise the battery if the laptop is connected to the power adapter most of the time. Don't worry about any of the battery details macOS provides to the user until the laptop's battery no longer performs to your expectations (unless you just wish to observe how these values change day to day....the daily changes tend to worry because they don't understand how these Apple batteries work at that level).

Don't let the battery charge drain completely to 0% charge for any amount of time or it may damage the battery....and with Macs it can sometimes get the laptop & battery into a state where the laptop won't power on even with the power adapter connected, nor may it charge the battery (I've seen this occur for years with Apple laptops...not so easy to "fix" these days as it was years ago).
