Unless both Apple and Microsoft want to support using Windows 11 for ARM as a main (host) operating system for an Apple Silicon Mac, it isn’t going to happen.
Right now, your only option is to run Windows 11 for ARM in a virtual machine. The MacBook Neo is not the best machine for doing this because it only has 8 GB of RAM. You would really want a MacBook Air or Pto with 24 GB of RAM or more to run macOS and Windows at the same time.
