Hello al nasser and welcome to the Apple Support Community.
Since your bank shows that the payment was completed two days ago and can provide a transaction reference number, the next step is to have the payment traced rather than sending another payment immediately.
The Apple Support Community is a user-to-user forum. We do not have access to your Apple Card account, your bank account, or the payment records needed to locate the funds.
→ First, check the Apple Card payment activity:
• Open Wallet and tap Apple Card.
• Look under Latest Transactions for the payment and check whether it appears as pending, completed, or is missing entirely.
→ If the payment is not shown, contact an Apple Card Specialist at Goldman Sachs:
• In Wallet, tap Apple Card.
• Tap the More button, then Account Details.
• Tap Message or Call.
Have the payment amount, date, originating bank, and the bank’s transaction/reference number available.
Goldman Sachs can check whether the payment reached the Apple Card account, is still being processed, or needs to be traced.
Because your bank says the funds have already left the account, avoid making the same payment again until Goldman Sachs confirms what happened to the first one, unless they specifically instruct you otherwise.
If your payment due date is close, tell the Apple Card Specialist that as well so they can review the account status while the payment is being traced.
If you contact the Apple Card Specialist, please return and tell us what they advised and whether the payment was located and applied.
🙏
Have a good day.
And one more thing…
Never forget to think different.
Important:
• Always make sure that your Apple devices have the latest available version of their operating system and that your apps have the latest available version so you can benefit from fixes and compatibility improvements.
