Numbers: Sequential stop time not adjusting after time input

I realize that it is frowned on posting a second inquiry on a posting that has been ongoing. But I have this session already going that I need an update on

The person in the community that created the end result was "Camalot". My last post in the sequence was made on 8/17 pointing out what I thought was an error in the table. When I entered a time change in the run time in F1, I expected that my new time input would appear and the remainder of the schedule would be automatically adjusted accordingly. It appears that the newly entered time in minutes was not accepted. I furnished a screenshot of the entry and what I think is is an error in how the cell treated it.

If Camalot is not available would someone else be willing to take a look for me?
