Apple ID image not syncing across devices and iCloud

I just want to change the image associated to my Apple ID (this is the same that appears in my iCloud acoount).

In my iPhone, if I go to Settings -> Apple Account, iCloud and more... I have an image. If I press on my name, and Personal Info. Then I press on "change" under the Photo. I select a new image and confirm the change in the upper right corner check button. And when I go to the personal info screen, appears the old photo.

If I go to Contacts -> My Card, appears the new one. But in my other devices, and in www.icloud.com, appears the old one.

Please, can you guide me to change definitely?
