iPhone safari browser issues

If Safari doesn't work as expected on Mac - Apple Support and If Safari isn't loading websites or quits on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support describes the steps to follow for Macs and iPhones respectively.

Those documents are very broad and generic in nature, but I have not known of any failures to fix whatever's wrong by methodically following each step. Don't omit anything.

Most if not all websites are designed for the sole purpose of generating revenue, and most of them accomplish that through targeted advertising. The product they sell is you.

As About iCloud Private Relay - Apple Support explains,

"Normally when you browse the web, information contained in your web traffic, such as your DNS records and IP address, can be seen by your network provider and the websites you visit. This information could be used to determine your identity and build a profile of your location and browsing history over time."

That digital model of "you" is assembled packaged and sold whenever you browse the web. You are a particularly attractive target because as a Mac user, you are by definition wealthy. Advertisers pay top dollar to get the attention of wealthy clients. iCloud Relay frustrates those attempts, and protects your privacy to a certain extent. Needless to say, advertisers don't like that. If they determine they are unable to build that digital identity of "you" advertising-dependent websites will obstinately refuse to work because their attempts to exploit you are being thwarted. Hence iCloud Private Relay, and the ability to turn it off — if you don't mind being sold as a product.

Apple Support Communities is one of the very few websites that does depend upon such privacy-intrusive practices to keep it running. You already bought a Mac, so Apple provides it as a truly free service to its customers.
