Purchased albums download in reverse order. When looking at songs, this means all albums are listed in reverse song order. Any way to fix this in settings? I've tried sorting by track number but this only gets me hundreds of track number 1s at the top.
You cannot fix this with a single global setting, because the issue is caused by sorting your main song list by Date Added or Play Order rather than by the album's internal structure. When you sort by track number alone in a flat "Songs" view, it pools every track 1 from every album together.
Try this
Switch your view to Songs so that the column headers (Name, Artist, Album, etc.) are visible.
Click the Album column header.
Ensure the small sorting arrow next to the Album header points Up (ascending order). If it points down, click it again to reverse it.
This groups your music by album title/artist while forcing the individual tracks underneath to obey their proper 1, 2, 3 sequence instead of mixing all track 1s together.
