How to move money from Apple Wallet to Apple Cash?
I hope someone can answer this question in a positive way. Is it possible to move money from Apple wallet to Apple Cash account so I can pay for third party purchases?

An Apple Account can hold money, as can Apple Cash, and Apple Savings.
Money in an Apple Account can be used to purchase goods and services from Apple including from the app store and iTunes store. Money associated with an Apple Account cannot be used for third-party purchases.
You can ask Apple Support whether it is possible to receive a refund from an Apple Account for your specific case and your specific jurisdiction. Whether that refund is possible depends on local laws.
