FaceTime keep asking for login after closing the app on MacBook Pro 2019

I have MacBook Pro 2019

i have issues and had logout and login 3-4 times and finally sort the but when I want to you the FaceTime and leave the app it will ask me to login again whenever I close the app and open it continue asking me to to login i have video steps to get done still same issue any help to sort this issue thanks
