Unable to add my Raiffeisen card as a payment method

Hi, I’m having a problem adding my Raiffeisen Mastercard to my Apple Account as a payment method. I enter all the card details correctly, but the card cannot be added.

Could you please tell me why my card is being rejected and how I can add it as a payment method?
