Is there any chance you are running iOS 27 Public Beta? If yes update to the newer version and the problem will go away.

this is not something we can easily diagnose here. It would be best if you made an appointment at the Genius Bar at your nearest Apple Store. They can run diagnostics ... tell you if it can be fixed ... and what any cost may be. Good luck!
