Original Title: Home app problems.
Try this
Open Settings on your iPhone.
Tap your Apple Account / Name at the top.
Tap iCloud, then tap Saved to iCloud or See All (depending on your iOS version) to find the Home toggle.
Turn off the toggle for Home.
Restart your iPhone.
Go back to Settings > [Your Name] > iCloud and turn the Home toggle back on.
Open the Home app again.
