Cannot access iTunes, Apple Music, TV or Devices on new Windows laptop!
I have a new Windows laptop and initially looked to install iTunes to download access music that I've purchased from Apple over the years, however, it will not let me log in to authorise the laptop! I've wasted last 3 hours going around the houses with installing / uninstalling apps, searching for and deleting folders, searching for "AMPLibraryAgent" processes in Task Manager that aren't there, trying to uninstall "Bonjour" applications that aren't installed, repaing the apps, pathways, signing in online and trying to open the app from there, even changing my VPN to the US, etc under Gemini's guidance and have gotten nowhere.
I now have Apple Music, Apple TV, Apple Devices as well as iCloud and iTunes but so far I can only sign in on iCloud. When I sign into iTunes the best result I can get is an error message to say "There was a temporary problem completing your request. The requested resource was not found. Please try again later." With Apple Music, absolutely nothing happens - it just goes back to the home screen.
This is incredibility frustrating! The latest solution Gemini is suggesting is to create a whole new windows profile for my laptop and having one account as my main one and another for music. It does say I can create a shared area for music so that I can listen to old MP3s I have, but it won't let me access anything I've purchased from Apple unless I've logged into the other account. This seems ridiculous and even more frustrating.
Can anyone help me with this please?
