Safari Location Plug in for Casino sites

Everytime i try to play a casino site with my MacBook, it says I need to download the location plug in. I download it and try to play and it still says my location isn't showing. My location services are turned on for safari and the plug in but it's still not working. I'm not running any vpns or anything. Any idea how to fix??
