False Advertising on App Store, refund denied

Hi all, I downloaded an AI App under an advertised "Free Trial", I could not use the app at all as I had no tokens so I removed the app, this was all within a 5 minute period.

The app has now charged me a full price subscription, even though I unsubscribed and uninstalled the app all within 5 minutes within the 7 day free trial period. How is Apple allowing this to occur? reviews on the app are all relaying the same information, in that they falsely advertised a free trial?

Apple has denied my refund claim, how can I progress this further?

App in question: "AI Video Generator + Creator"

To resolve this, go to Settings, [your name], select Subscriptions and confirm that the subscription is canceled.

Then, visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in, find the charge and request a refund explaining you canceled before the trial ended.

If Apple has denied your refund claim you might need to escalate your claim. On this forums apple is not actively participating, as it is a user to user support forums
