Last week, I updated my iPhone 17e to iOS 26.6.1. Since then, I can send group messages but I am not receiving responses. No, I didn’t “leave the conversation” nor was I removed. Please help. This is so frustrating! ***The tag incorrectly labeled my device as an iPhone 6; my problem is with my iPhone 17e.

Thank you for your response but none of those options helped. I contacted AppleCare+ and they were unable to help. I called my carrier, T-Mobile; the engineers are aware of this issue and are working to resolve it.
