Your iPhone is gone. Whatever the scammers promised you, once you logged into their Apple Account on your phone, and they locked it, your phone became a useless brick. Paying ransom money would be a bad idea – as the criminals might keep extorting more and more money without ever releasing your phone. Apple's Activation Lock support request form says that the phone to be unlocked must not be in Lost Mode.

So, as you can see, you are between a rock and a hard place. You put yourself there by listening to the promises of the scammers and doing as the bad guys requested. Contact Apple if you must, but don't be surprised when the answer is "We refuse to remove Activation Lock from the phone."

As for asking us to remove the Activation Lock, this is a user-to-user forum – and none of your fellow users have the means to remove the Activation Lock.

Your phone is no longer usable. Once placed in Lost Mode, the Activation Lock cannot be removed.

To be clear, you did this yourself by entering someone else's Apple Account into your device or giving them your Apple Account information. That is something you should never do, only you can do that by first signing out of your Apple Account and signing in with theirs or giving them your Password (and verification code when using Two Factor Authentication). You have given control of your device to them, just like if you gave it to some stranger on the street. It is gone.

It is a tough lesson to learn, but a mistake you will never make again. All we can do is tell users to not do that, just like sending cash to unknown people or purchasing Gift Cards and giving them the code. You also need to be especially careful on Social Media sites, such as Telegram, as these are just anonymous users and scams are very common there. The Social Media platforms do very little to protect their users from those scams.
