To sync a shared Apple Calendar to a new Windows PC, you must use the updated iCloud for Windows app from the Microsoft Store, where the layout has changed from the old checkbox list to an arrow menu configuration.

Try this

  1. Download and open the iCloud for Windows app and sign in with your Apple Account.
  2. Look for Calendars and Contacts in the app menu.
  3. Click the Arrow button (or details icon) next to Calendars and Contacts rather than looking for a simple toggle checkbox.
  4. Turn on the setting for Automatically sync your iCloud calendars and contacts to Microsoft Outlook.
  5. Click Done or Apply, then open classic Microsoft Outlook to see your shared calendars load.
