Apple Card Daily Cash sent to Apple Cash, but Apple Cash transaction history is incomplete

My Apple Cash transaction history is incomplete. I contacted Apple Cash support. They told me there is a $500 limit by default and could not explain what happened to the Daily Cash transactions when the limit is reached. I then contacted Apple Card support. They told me my Daily Cash is still being sent to Apple Cash.

Has anyone experienced this? More importantly, if Apple Card says the Daily Cash was sent, how can I determine where those funds actually went?

Hi, you possibly need to verify your identity. Federal and state banking regulations require that banks “Know Your Customers.” Apple is not a bank and banking services for Apple Cash is provided by Green Dot Bank.
