App wallet money disappeared
I loaded 1000 rands into my wallet for app purchases on the App Store and now it has disappeared. How do I get it back

I assume you mean you added money to your Apple Account, that you may see in your Wallet. The Wallet itself is not an account that holds any money.
To view your Purchase History on your Apple Account, refer to the Support Article here under the section titled: "How to see your purchase history on your device". There you will see where your money went.
