Accessing Chase App via iPad
I am trying to access my Chase App, putting in the correct information to access the app….to no avail. Any advice would be greatly appreciated…..thank you

You should consult the Chase apps support. It isn’t an Apple product.
One issue could be a lack of compatibility. You post indicate you are on iPadOS 15. The Chase app I see in the app store requires 17.4 or later.
