Cannot deauthorize all computers in iTunes due to an error

I just had my computer in the last few days, crash and had to be rebuilt with a new CPU and motherboard. I am now loading apps and loaded Itunes. I was going to purchase some music and it warned me that I had 5 computers already authorized and my working computer wasn't in the list.

I followed the directions, but when I click 'deauthorize all' is errors with a message "There was a temporary problem completing your request. The requested resource was not found."

I looked at my 'download and purchases' devices and I only have 2 listed there.

Until I get this fixed, I won't be purchasing any music.
