deactivation all devices via iTunes on PC
I have 5 activated devices and want to deactivate all of them in iTunes. "Deactivate all devices" button not working in iTunes (version 12.13.10). It says "your request can'tbe processed now. Required resource could not be found. Please try later".
If I do the same via Apple TV (on PC with Win 11) it gives an error message:

Please help me to solve the issue with the deactivation function
