Back to School Promo – Order Expired but Purchase Limit Has Been Reached
I tried to purchase a MacBook Air M5 through the Back to School promotion and paid the additional amount to get the AirPods 4.
However, when I reached the payment step, I experienced an issue with my payment cards. The 30-minute payment window expired before I could complete the payment. After that, the website told me that if I still wanted to purchase the products, I would need to place a new order.
Since the payment was never completed, I assumed that the first order had not been counted as a purchase. I then tried to place the same order again with the same products, but the website now says that I have reached or exceeded the purchase limit for these products.
I checked my previous order, and its status is "Order Expired", not "Order Cancelled." I have not successfully purchased or received any of the products.
How can I have the expired order removed from my purchase limit so that I can place a new order and still use the Back to School promotion?
I would appreciate any advice on how to resolve this issue. Thank you.
