Recuperate deleted files in numbers

I have just seen this and I hope this can help:

If you accidentally deleted a Numbers file, there are a few things you can try:

1. Check the Recently Deleted folder in the Files app and recover the file if it is there.
2. If you use iCloud Drive, check iCloud.com for the deleted file.
3. You can also try iCloud data recovery to restore recently deleted files.
4. If you have a Time Machine backup, you may be able to restore an older version of the file.

Try to recover it as soon as possible, as deleted files may eventually be permanently removed.
