All Safari extensions are greyed out in Settings → Apps → Safari → Extensions. They display as On, but none of the controls or extension detail pages are selectable. Screen Time/content restrictions are off, there is no device management profile, Share Across Devices has been tested both ways, I’ve restarted the iPad, reset all settings, and removed/reinstalled an extension app. I’m running iPadOS 26.6.1.

Next, try to turn on Contents & Privacy Restrictions, set App Store, Media, Web, and Games > Web Content to any other value, restart your device and set the Web Content to Unrestricted. (Toggling the settings may sometimes reset them to their proper values.)
If the issue persists, try to reset all settings: Reset iPhone settings to their defaults - Apple Support.
I have the same on my iPad (pro, 11 m4) since latest update. No screen time settings (and, even off, al is set to Allowed anyway) and no (VPN) profiles… Restarting, deleting caches… nothing worked…
Hi everyone, I’m not seeing the issue on my end (iPadOS 26.6.1). Have you tried to go to Settings > Apps > Safari > Extensions to see if the extensions can be managed there?
Yes, of course. Both through ‘Manage extensions’ in Safari and ‘Preferences app’ in Settings act the same: dimmed and nothing to change…
