when would overpayment become credit on Apple Card? I overpaid few hundred dollars on my Apple Card. But I didn’t see it reflecting on my credits.

If the account is paid in full it will show on your card statement as a credit balance of a negative amount due. Your available credit does not change. If your account is not paid in full, any payment will be applied to the balance due.
If you have a credit balance of several hundred dollars you may be able to request the credit be issued in a check and mailed to your address of record on your account. You may need to speak with a supervisor to OK the refund.
