Icloud stolen iphone backup still there after 44 days of inactive subscription

My icoud was inactive for 44 days, i have reactivated it, as i accidently saw the email in my spam messages.

As my iphone 16 pro was stolen in june , i was waiting for the new 18, and recover the 16pro 1TB on the new phone and use one from work untill then.

I really hope this recoverycopy of my stolen iphone is stil in my reactivated icloud of 2TB , with all my pictures , as i can not see on the icloud site and my works phone is with an other icloud email so i can not verify until i buy the new iphone. Apple you can verify this iphone 16 copy is thill in my icloud

Yes, your stolen iPhone 16 Pro backup is highly likely still intact and safe in your iCloud storage.

Apple’s official retention policy states that inactive device backups are preserved for up to 180 days (6 months) before they are considered for deletion. Since your subscription was only inactive for 44 days, and you have already successfully reactivated your 2TB plan, your data falls well within the safe window
