Stolen apple account, impossible to reset or deactivate

Hello, I used a company iphone in the past and obviously I had an Apple account; now, after several years of not usage, I have seen that my account has been stolen... it is strange that the email connected is still mine so I get the message that someone has activated the 2 factors authentication and now I am no longer able to access and reset or deactivate; if I try to access the security questions are prompt but they are in chinese; how I can do? any help is welcome. Thank you.

If the phone was owned by a company, the device itself was likely registered under an Apple Business Manager (ABM) account or managed via MDM (Mobile Device Management) software.

  • What they can do: Corporate IT departments have direct enterprise support channels with Apple. They can often provide the original proof of purchase for the device or use their management console to force Apple to release or delete the Apple ID associated with that specific serial number.
  • What to ask: Ask them to submit an Activation Lock removal request or contact their Apple enterprise representative to help clear the account.

Really I dont remember how It was configured the account when I was employee in that company, in any case the mail linked to the account Is my privat email so now I have the problem: i dont use currently the Apple account, but I receive mails saying that password Is changed every day. Since I can obviously acces my email I can modify the pwd anytime using the forgot functionality, but due to the 2 factor auth in chinese I cannot access in order to delete the account and the day after someone in some way change the pwd again.
