I keep getting keychain login popups for Duck Duck Go and Messages on my iPhone

I keep getting popups asking for my keychain login. Especially with Duck Duck Go, and also having consistent trouble with messages. When I restart the messages problem seems to go away, but my phone notes that a new device (Mac-Mini) has been added. Today a popup stating "transparent network proxy is asking for keychain "login". Please advice. Steve
