Phishing number?
Is this phone number a real Apple support #? *** or is it a scam? Worried my dad is being phished for more personal information. They even provided badge numbers.

Without even seeing the number, I am 99% sure it is a scam. Also never even seen where Apple has any badge numbers to include in communications. These scams all follow the same scenario, first attempt to scare you about a fake transactions or threat to delete data, then give a phone number to call for a resolution where you are not talking to Apple at all.
