I cannot download an album I have purchased; nothing I do will restore the complete album.
I have tried to deleting the album and then downloading it again. It always fails; only a few tracks get downloaded; I think when I bought the album it was a pre-order with a few tracks initially available.
The screenshot is useful. The album is marked Purchased, but the individual tracks are showing mixed states.
I’d bypass the album’s Store page and go to Account > Purchased > Music, then find Different Rooms there and try downloading the missing tracks individually. Apple recommends redownloading purchases from the Purchased section rather than purchasing them again. (Apple Support¹)
Also check Account Settings > Hidden Purchases in case any of the tracks ended up hidden. (Apple Support²)
If the missing tracks don’t appear in your Purchased history at all, especially since this started as a pre-order, I’d contact Apple Support and have them check the purchase record. I wouldn’t buy the album again while it’s already showing as purchased.
