Apple Card Daily Cash Issue

I can use Apple Card and receive daily cash. My participant is not an US citizen,so he does not have SSN or US ID. He does not live in the US, does not have US bank account. However, when he uses the Apple Card, he is able to collect daily cash, but he cannot transfer daily cash to Cash account. Is there any possible way to transfer his daily cash out? Or, when he use apple card, all daily cash goes to my Cash account?
