How to unblock iMessages on a hacked iPhone?

My iPhone was hacked by scammers and now my iMessages is blocked i've been trying to send a help messages to apple about it but nothing changed, what can i do now ? anyone can help ?

You will need to provide more details on what you mean that your phone is hacked by scammers and what you actually did.

Did you give your Apple Account password to someone else?
Did you sign out of your Apple Account and sign some strangers Apple Account into your device?
What is the exact message are you seeing where iMessage is blocked.
