Stop receiving read receipts
Is there a way to stop receiving read receipts? (aside from just asking people to turn them off for me). If someone is ignoring me i don't want to know about it, that's none of my business

It is only on their end whether they want to tell you if they have read your message or not. There is not a setting on your device that prevents them from acknowledging your communications with them, or not acknowledging the message for that matter, if they choose to do so, after you sent them a message.
