So I ordered my Mac book neo three weeks agp and it still says processing. Should I be worried?
Did Apple give you an estimated time for the delivery when you ordered the MacBook Neo?

Demand for the NEO and for components disappearing into data centers has been unprecedented and that significantly affects production times. If Apple-direct, "Processing" means the computer has not yet gone on the production line.
I just entered an Apple-direct test order for a NEO wtb no options for delivery to the western US, That shows an estimated delivery date of Sep 28 - Oct 5.
We had a Macbook Pro I ordered last year get held up in Customs in Alaska for several days. Apple will not have records of that, but your shipper does.
