Cannot delete defunct old iWatch on iPhone

My defunct Apple iWatch 7 is still listed on my iPhone but it does not show as a device when signed in in my Apple Account on my Win 11 PC.

How can I remove it from my iPhone?

I tried to do it on iPhone under Find devices but when it asked for password and I enter it nothing happens i cannot execute the sign-in, it just stays on that page.

And I don't understand that that old iWatch is not listed under devices when signed in In My Account and looking at all my devices. yet it shows as a device (no location (obviously as broken device)) on my iPhone and iWatch and under Find devices together with my new iWatch 11.

The latter is correctly shown under Devices on My Account but as said not my old one.

Both also show up under Blue Tooth on the iPhone, one correctly as connected the other of course not.

No real harm am just trying to clean up my iPhone of obsolete info in three location (iWatch/Find Devices/BlueTooth) and when signing in to My Account it opened the new puzzle that the iWatch 7 is not listed there. I might have deleted it there but don't remember and if so should it now automatically also drop from those 3 places on the iPhone?

I have to check into that as I may have at one time created another account under a different newer e-mail (icloud) address as having some problem with the old (cogeco) one when sending email. And yes, I found a record in my written records but couldn't sign in on that account. Will try again setting up a new password.

But why would all my many other older devices and my new watch be listed under this older (cogeco) Apple account but not the old watch? Could see the new iWatch on the icloud newer address but not the old iWatch (the only device missing under the cogeco e-mail Apple account). The present iPhone and that defunct iWatch were purchased together before I had that icloud email address. Thus a puzzle to me. If perhaps I deleted it on my PC under the (cogeco) Apple account in my mind it should also drop from the records on my iPhone.

So why has my iPhone the new and old watch listed whereas on my PC, the only place I have ever signed in on my Apple Account, has the info of all devices including new watch but not the old watch?

Well, I may just have to ignore that record for the defunct iWatch on my iPhone in 3 places. No harm as that iWatch would not charge anymore after having been for 10 seconds in the water when I fell trying to wash sand of my feet. It kept running but then refused to charge. Repair was more expensive than a new one. So thrown away. Thanks for your valid comment.
