How to fix Facebook and server problem

New update 26.6.2 has given me issues on iPad Air fourth generation. Link to FB and Instagram broken giving me error code 20. Says browser not secure and all I have is my name and white circle to log in. Tried deleting. Turning off iPad. Factory settings Date and time etc etc. I am now frustrated. Can anyone help me please
