I have a Apple Card and it took 1,000 to 100 % the card which is still showing pending 20 hours later it’s also showing withdrawal limit 2,000 so does that mean the card can only hold 2,000 dollars or that’s what it takes to redeem ?

The Apple Card is a credit card as such it has no withdrawal limit, you cannot take or withdraw cash from of it. You can only make purchases in stores, websites and apps with it.
If you mean your credit limit, i.e the amount you can spend on it, then if you have $2000 limit you can spend up to $2000 on it total. If you have already spent $1000 and have not yet paid it, then you only have $1000 left. There is no redemption here, as it's a credit card, not a gift card. Once you've spent an amount you need to pay it.

Apple Card is a credit card issued by Goldman Sachs bank. What your describing sounds more like Apple Cash card, Apple Gift card or Apple Account Card. What card specifically are you referring to?
